It offers excellent durability and strong adhesion on both asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Application Instructions:
Surface Prep: The surface must be dry, clean, and free from grease, oil, and loose paint. New concrete should be fully cured. For best adhesion, remove sealers or efflorescence by etching or blasting. Test stripes are recommended for uncured asphalt.
Thinning: Usually not required. If needed, add only a small amount of water. Do not use gasoline, oil, or petroleum-based products.
Application: Stir thoroughly before use. Apply with a marking machine, roller, or brush. Strain when spraying. Apply in dry conditions. Recommended wet film thickness is 25–30 mils, yielding 20–23 mils dry. For cold weather, keep paint warm to ease spraying.
- Application Temperature: 50°F–90°F (min. 5°F above dew point)
- Humidity: Max 85% RH
- Glass Beads: 4–6 lbs per gallon (do not mix into paint directly)
Coverage:
- ~45 ft² per gallon standard
- ~40 gallons = 1 mile of 4" stripe (mechanical)
- ~32 gallons = 1 mile of 4" stripe (truck)
Clean-Up: Use warm water and mild detergent. Remove dried paint with a mild caustic solution.
Spray Equipment: Only use stainless steel equipment. Avoid mild metals due to alkaline sensitivity.
Safety: Avoid skin contact and inhalation. Wear PPE. Store in cool, dry areas and seal tightly after use.
