Application Guidelines:
- Surface Prep: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of oil, dirt, and grease. Remove loose paint, curing compounds, and sealers. Allow new asphalt or concrete to cure fully before painting.
- Application Conditions: Apply when temps are between 50°F and 90°F. Recommended at least 5°F above dew point. For best results, apply on rising temps with humidity below 85%.
- Film Thickness: Apply at 14–16 mils wet to achieve 8–10 mils dry.
- Dry Time: Varies by conditions. Protect freshly painted surfaces from traffic until fully cured.
- Spray Equipment: Clean equipment before use. Avoid non-stainless steel components. When applying beads, use 4–6 lbs per gallon but do not mix directly into paint.
- Cleanup: Use warm water and mild detergent immediately after use.
